Skeeve and Bunny take on the job of trying to run an honest election in Tipicanoo. The electorate is weary of the five-year-long campaign, but neither the candidates, Emo Weavil and his cousin Wilmer Scuttil-Weavil, want it to end unless each of them is assured victory. Skeeve must figure out who is pulling the strings and cut them to bring the candidates to the polls. On top of that, a third candidate has announced his intent to run, throwing the election into a whole new demon-sion.
